What Goes Into a Successful Concrete Repair Project
Lasting concrete repair depends on three things: correct diagnosis, the right repair method, and proper protection afterward. We sound the concrete to map hidden delamination, remove deteriorated material back to a sound substrate, then clean and treat exposed rebar before rebuilding the section. Cracks are routed and sealed or injected based on whether they are still active. Finally we apply protective coatings so moisture and chlorides stay out, which is where our commercial waterproofing work overlaps.
